This is a great unique fitness concept. I was there with a group of 8 and we had sooo much fun. We each left there having tried something new and pushing ourselves. Highly recommend you go no matter if you have a fitness regimen already. It’s a new way to challenge your body and muscles with something different.

What a fantastic experience. I will most definitely go back and highly recommend this as a great workout and yet very doable for those like me that need something low impact. First workout that i can honestly say was Fun and I can't wait to go back. Thank you Megan and Lindsey and of course my friends that stepped out of their comfort zone with me.
Thank you for a great class, it was so fun, I've been telling everyone about it! This is great exercise and would make a fun girls night out, bachelorette party or date night as well as regular exercise class. Can't wait to do it again, I'm going to be dreaming of flying tonight for sure!
